All products undergo thorough inspection prior to shipping to ensure they reach our customers in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to hygiene and quality standards, the following return and exchange policy applies:

1. Final Sale Policy

لا نقبل إرجاع المنتجات أو استبدالها أو استرداد قيمتها بعد تأكيد الطلب ومعالجته وتسليمه.

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to these terms and confirms that all product details have been reviewed carefully prior to placing the order.

2. No Return or Refund Conditions

Returns or refunds are not accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Color differences due to screen display settings
  • Shipping delays caused by courier companies
  • Loss of interest after receiving the product
  • Orders placed by mistake

We ensure that all products are presented with clear images and accurate descriptions to support informed purchasing decisions.

3. Order Review Responsibility

The customer holds full responsibility for reviewing all order details before completing payment, including:

  • Quantity
  • Delivery address

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once confirmed in the system.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

The following must be provided:

Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.

If the issue is verified to be on our end, Sadil Qatar reserves the right to replace the item with the same product only, subject to availability. Refunds will not be issued.

5. Hygiene & Product Safety Policy

As abayas and women’s clothing are considered personal items, they are non-returnable after delivery to maintain hygiene and product safety standards for all customers.

This policy applies to all items, including:

6. Unauthorized Returns

Sadil Qatar is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, delivery procedures, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Once the order is handed over to the shipping company, delivery timelines are beyond our control.
