Is everything in stock?
Every piece is cut to order. We hold no ready stock, which is why size and colour can be tailored.
How long does delivery take?
Fourteen days to make, then delivery across Qatar. We confirm the details when your order is placed.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. Choose “tailor it to your measurements” on the product page and enter your measurements, or message us on WhatsApp.
What is the exchange policy?
All sales are final, because every piece is cut for you. That is why we ask about your height before you buy rather than leaving you to guess.
My parcel arrived damaged.
Message us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs and we will take care of it. Damage in transit is covered.
Is my data safe?
We never hold your card details. Payment goes straight to the gateway and never passes through our site.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, cash on delivery is available across Qatar, alongside card.
